Every patient who visits the Institute receives the most appropriate medical treatment without discrimination of age, sex, race, language, religion and political opinions.

The Institute guarantees to the patient the participation through correct, clear and complete information, with the possibility to express his own evaluation on the quality of the services received and to send complaints or suggestions to improve of the service.

RIGHT TO CHOOSE
The citizen has the right to choose among the different subjects who provide the same service. Our Institute offers hospitalization and treatment, as well as outpatient services, accredited and contracted with the National Health Service.
EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY
Each operator works to achieve the health of the patient as first goal, to produce, with their technical and scientific knowledge, valid outcomes for his health. The achievement of this goal is not separated from the safeguard of the resources, that must be used in the best possible way, without waste or unnecessary costs.
